• All fee payments must be made through the official payment portal using valid student details.
• Normally payment is required in advance before availing the school services.
• All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• The school reserves the right to change the fee structure at any time.
• Payments will normally reach the school account within two working days.
• The school is not responsible if payment fails due to incorrect information provided by the payer.
• If the bank or card provider declines payment, the school is not responsible for the failure of the transaction.
• Parents/Guardians should verify with their bank that the payment has been successfully deducted.
• The school shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the online payment system.

Refund Policy

• If a student leaves the school before completing the academic period, fees once paid will normally not be refunded.
• Refunds, if approved by the management, will be processed only to the original payment method (credit/debit card or bank).
• The school is not obligated to refund any fees unless the fees have been previously paid and approved by the management.
